Audi Genuine high-performance engine oil can prevent overheating of the engine and thus extend its service life. The level of the engine oil should be regularly checked and refilled if necessary.

When topping up your engine oil it is essential to pour gradually as topping up with too much can cause engine damage. Check your dipstick to ensure your engine oil is sufficiently topped up.

The acceptable level of oil consumption we specify is up to 0.5 litres per 1000km (approx. 620 miles). If your Audi has higher oil consumption level than this, or you have concerns please contact your local Audi dealer.
